Made to order and preorder pieces will be shipped within the stated timeframe at the point of purchase. If delays occur, notice will be given. If additional items are included within the same order, they'll be held and shipped once the preordered item becomes available, unless otherwise requested. All information is provided before checkout and purchase - orders will not be refunded for change of mind.
RETURNS
"EXITONLY" does not accept change of mind returns or exchanges.
We will only accept a return or exchange if you contact us within seven days of receipt of your order and there is a major problem (as defined by the ACCC) with the item(s) received is/are not the item(s) listed on your order.
As each object is handmade to order, once production has commenced we are unable to accomodate a returns or exchanges due to change of mind.
On a case-by-case basis we may offer a change of mind exchange or return for store credit (no refunds). This must be done within 7 days of order date but contacting us at exit.only.store@gmail.com.
